At U.S. Polo Assn. India, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange to generate a request.

• 2.
  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and packed in its original packaging with all brand tags and invoices attached.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 2-3 business days to collect the package and provide a pickup receipt.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund will be initiated or the exchange item will be dispatched.
